We will pick you up right at your own home, office or hotel and drop you off curbside at your airline. We plan efficient routes to try and average 3 stops per van. 1. Call, fax or e-mail us as soon as you've made your flight arrangements.
2. We will log your information, quote your exact fare and schedule a pickup time.
3. We will require the following: Name, address with community, phone number, e-mail, date of travel, flight departure time, airline, domestic or international and number of travellers.
4. Please contact us if your flight plans change (24 hours notification required).
5. Full fare will be charged on all reservations not cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
6. Baggage allowance: 3 pieces per person.
